Privacy Policy
I. DEFINITIONS:
1. Seller – MB Kvėpavimo klubas
Company code: 306734947
Raudondvario pl. 288A, LT-47146 Kaunas.
2. kvepavimoklubas.lt – an online seminar viewing system located at kvepavimoklubas.lt
3. Buyer – an active physical person, i.e., a person who has reached adulthood, whose capacity is not limited by court order
4. Account – the result of the Buyer's registration on kvepavimoklubas.lt, which creates an account that stores their personal data.
6. Services – all services provided to the Buyer by kvepavimoklubas.lt.
7. Cookie – a small file that is sent to the device whenever a person visits kvepavimoklubas.lt. This term includes not only cookies but also the use of similar tools.
8. Password – a unique combination of letters and numbers created by the Buyer and known only to them, which is first entered when registering on kvepavimoklubas.lt and later when attempting to access the Account.
9. Browser – a program designed to display web pages (websites) on the internet or on a personal computer.
10. Personal data – any information related to a physical person – the data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using such data as personal code, one or several physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics inherent to the person.
11. Personal data controller – kvepavimoklubas.lt
12. Privacy Policy – this document, which sets out the main rules for the collection, storage, processing, and retention of Personal Data when using kvepavimoklubas.lt
13. IP address – A unique number assigned to each computer connected to the internet, known as the Internet Protocol (IP) address. Since these numbers are usually assigned in country blocks, the IP address can often be used to identify the country where the computer is connected to the internet.
14. Rules – the current valid “Purchase-Sale Rules available on the online site kvepavimoklubas.lt“.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15. kvepavimoklubas.lt The Privacy Policy sets out the main rules for the collection, storage, and processing of Personal Data as the Buyer uses the Services offered by kvepavimoklubas.lt.
16. The Privacy Policy is designed to protect and defend the Personal Data of kvepavimoklubas.lt Buyers from unauthorized use. The Privacy Policy also applies to kvepavimoklubas.lt Accounts.
17. The Buyer is considered to have familiarized themselves with this Privacy Policy and read it when they express consent to process their Personal Data.
18. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed and printed at any time at kvepavimoklubas.lt. Buyers will always be informed about any future changes and/or additions to the Privacy Policy by publishing the new version of the Privacy Policy on kvepavimoklubas.lt, and by providing the technical possibility for Buyers to read and confirm the new version of the Privacy Policy the first time they connect to kvepavimoklubas.lt after the changes.
19. Individuals wishing to register at kvepavimoklubas.lt must provide their email address and a chosen Password. An Account is created during registration. In the Account, the Buyer themselves enters their data – name, surname, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, thus they are responsible for the accuracy of this data. The Buyer is given a User ID. At any time, the Buyer can:
19.1. correct and/or supplement Personal Data in the Account. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of corrected and/or supplemented data;
19.2. contact kvepavimoklubas.lt by email at info@kvepavimoterapija.lt to delete their Account.
III. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
20. The Seller confirms that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer will only be processed to properly provide the Buyer with the services offered in the online store kvepavimoklubas.lt. The duration of storage of Personal Data usable for Direct Marketing purposes is set for three calendar years from the moment of providing such data. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's Personal Data to third parties, except in the following cases:
20.1. if there is Buyer's consent for the disclosure of Personal Data;
20.2. to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedures provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
20.3. if necessary to prevent criminal activities or necessary for their investigation.
21. The Buyer has the following rights:
21.1. to submit a written request to the Seller to get acquainted with the Personal Data held by the Seller. Information is provided to the Buyer at their specified email address;
21.2. to submit a written request to the Seller to receive information about the sources from which their Personal Data has been collected, the purposes for which they are processed, and to whom the data has been provided and had been provided at least in the past year. Information is provided to the Buyer at their specified email address;
21.3. to submit a request to the Seller by email at info@kvepavimoterapija.lt to delete the Account or to stop processing Personal Data when the Personal Data are processed in violation of the Personal Data Legal Protection Act and other laws, except as provided in the Privacy Policy;
21.4. if disagreeing with the Privacy Policy, to refuse to have their Personal Data processed. In this case, the Buyer will not have the opportunity to purchase services in the online store kvepavimoklubas.lt
22. The Seller stores Personal Data as long as the person uses the services of kvepavimoklubas.lt, except in the cases specified in this Privacy Policy. After the Account is deleted to implement the requirements specified in point 38 of the Privacy Policy, the Buyer's Personal Data may be stored on the Personal Data Controller's server for up to six months, except in the cases specified in point 38 of the Privacy Policy and the lawful demands of law enforcement institutions to keep them.
23. With the help of internal organizational and technical measures, the Seller ensures that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer at kvepavimoklubas.lt are protected from any unlawful actions: unlawful modification, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Data, identity theft, fraud, and the level of Personal Data protection meets the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
24. Personal Data is protected from loss, unauthorized use, and modifications. All Buyer's Passwords are encrypted, only authorized individuals of the Personal Data controller can access servers related to Personal Data, and only through a secure certificate which is additionally protected with a password, also all kvepavimoklubas.lt pages requiring the entry of Personal Data are conducted through https:// protocol.
25. The Buyer undertakes and must protect their login Password and username to kvepavimoklubas.lt, and other data. The Buyer undertakes and must not disclose Personal Data about themselves or third parties if such third-party Personal Data has become available to them, and must immediately inform the Seller about any visible breaches.
26. The Buyer agrees in advance that the Seller has the right to keep their Personal Data on the server for as long as necessary according to the activities carried out by kvepavimoklubas.lt, if the Buyer's provided data was (i) used to carry out unlawful activity or (ii) it was suspected that identity theft or another violation occurred, which was or will be investigated by the relevant law enforcement institutions, (iii) if the Seller has received complaints related to the respective Buyer, or if the Seller has noticed the respective Buyer committing Rule violations, or (iv) in other lawful purposes for keeping Personal Data. These data are destroyed upon receiving lawful instructions from law enforcement or other authorized institutions.
27. Any request or instruction related to the processing of Personal Data, the Buyer must submit to the Seller: 1) by sending such a request or instruction by email from the email address specified in point 19.2 of the Privacy Policy. The Seller, having received such a request or instruction from the Buyer, provides a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days and performs the actions specified in the request or refuses to perform them. The response to the Buyer's request must be provided in writing.
28. While administering kvepavimoklubas.lt and diagnosing possible malfunctions, the Administrator may use Buyer's IP addresses.
IV. CORRECTION, ADDITION, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
29. The Buyer grants the right to kvepavimoklubas.lt to collect, manage, process, and store the Buyer's Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes as provided in the Privacy Policy and other kvepavimoklubas.lt documents.
30. The consent to collect, manage, process, and store the Buyer's Personal Data is only valid moving forward. kvepavimoklubas.lt, having received such a notification by email or other means provided in the Privacy Policy, immediately stops processing the Buyer's Personal Data and deletes their Account, but this does not mean that kvepavimoklubas.lt must delete from the server/destroy the Personal Data if it has a lawful basis to keep them, especially when necessary to ensure national security and defense, public order, crime prevention, investigation, detection or criminal prosecution, to protect significant state economic or financial interests, or the rights and freedoms of others.
31. The Buyer has the right to familiarize themselves with their Personal Data, submitting to kvepavimoklubas.lt an identity-verifying document (identity must be verified by presenting a passport of the Republic of Lithuania, a passport of the Republic of Lithuania, a personal identity card, a driver's license). To find out which Personal Data kvepavimoklubas.lt collected or received and from which sources, the purposes for which they are processed, to whom they are provided, or whether all the Buyer's Personal Data are comprehensive and accurate, the Buyer must contact kvepavimoklubas.lt by the email address specified in this Privacy Policy in advance. kvepavimoklubas.lt, having received such a request from the Buyer, responds whether the Buyer's related Personal Data is being processed and provides the requested data no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receiving the Buyer's inquiry. Data is provided free of charge once per calendar year under this item.
32. If, having familiarized themselves with their Personal Data, the Buyer determines that the Personal Data were collected or received from unlawful sources, or that the Personal Data are processed not for the purposes for which they were provided, the Buyer has the right to request kvepavimoklubas.lt by email to stop such processing of Personal Data. A Buyer who uses kvepavimoklubas.lt without registration, and having received a response from kvepavimoklubas.lt in which inaccuracies or errors in their Personal Data are noted, has the right to demand that their Personal Data be corrected, adjusted as quickly as possible, but no later than within 5 (five) working days. A Buyer who uses kvepavimoklubas.lt and is registered corrects Personal Data themselves by logging into their Account. kvepavimoklubas.lt has the right to correct, supplement, delete Personal Data or stop processing Personal Data actions only after identifying the Buyer who applied.
33. If kvepavimoklubas.lt doubts the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the Buyer, it may stop the processing of these Buyer's Personal Data, check and adjust such data. Such Personal Data is used only for the accuracy verification.
34. In implementing the aforementioned rights, the Buyer can contact kvepavimoklubas.lt by email at info@kvepavimoterapija.lt
V. COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
35. To provide the Buyer with full-fledged kvepavimoklubas.lt services, Cookies may be written to the Buyer's computer (device). [The information recorded is used by the Seller to recognize the Buyer as a previous visitor of the kvepavimoklubas.lt web page]. The Buyer has the opportunity to review what information (Cookies) the Seller or its Partners record, and can delete some or all of the recorded Cookies. By confirming the Privacy Policy, the Buyer agrees that the Cookies specified in this Privacy Policy be recorded on their computer (device). This consent can be revoked at any time by changing the settings of their internet browser, but in such case, certain kvepavimoklubas.lt functions may not work for them.
VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
36. This Privacy Policy becomes effective as of May 17, 2018.
